Autonomic Nervous System Analysis
(ANS Analysis)
A non-invasive assessment that evaluates your body’s stress–recovery balance, helping identify nervous system overload, impaired recovery, and hidden drivers of fatigue and chronic stress.
What It Is & How It Works
ANS Analysis is an assessment of the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS)—the body’s primary regulator of stress response, recovery, and internal balance. It evaluates the function of the sympathetic (“fight or flight”) and parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) systems to identify patterns of stress overload, dysregulation, and impaired recovery.

At AMSEL Biohealth, ANS Analysis is used as a clinical guidance tool to design personalized recovery and regulation programs. The assessment is non-invasive, quick, and painless, providing immediate insights into how the nervous system is functioning at the time of measurement. Many individuals gain clarity after the first assessment, while repeat testing helps track progress and long-term regulation.

Who is suitable for ANS Analysis

GROUP 1
Chronic Fatigue, Burnout & High-Stress Individuals
Helps identify nervous system overload, restore parasympathetic activity, and support recovery from prolonged physical or emotional stress.

GROUP 2
Sleep Issues, Anxiety & Emotional Dysregulation
Provides insights into stress patterns affecting sleep quality and emotional balance, guiding targeted nervous system regulation strategies.

GROUP 3
Hormonal Imbalance & Digestive Dysfunction
Supports understanding of ANS-related influences on hormonal regulation, gut motility, and digestive discomfort linked to chronic stress.
(Always used as a complementary assessment alongside medical care when appropriate.)
